We design, review and improve supply chain systems, covering efficiency, quality control, information flow, and multi-stakeholder collaboration. In Tanzania this includes engagement with national health supply chain reform, logistics corridor development along the SGR and Dar es Salaam port routes, and private sector supply networks.

Healthcare Supply Chain

Africa’s health supply chains carry medicines and supplies to more than 1.5 billion people, and the system is under pressure. The continent imports close to 70 percent of its pharmaceutical products, and donor funding for public health commodities is falling. Governments across East Africa face a shared challenge: keep essential medicines moving without depending on external funding to hold the system together.

We bring the same procurement and logistics discipline we apply for public and private sector clients to health commodity supply chains: sourcing strategy, supplier relationship management, warehousing and distribution design, demand planning and inventory visibility. Our team holds FCIPS and MCIPS accreditation from the UK’s Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply. Offices in Dar es Salaam, Nairobi, Kigali, Juba, Hargeisa etc give us direct visibility of the ports, corridors and procurement frameworks used to move health supplies across the region.

We work alongside governments, donors, NGOs and specialist health supply chain organisations on programme design, technical support and joint delivery. If your organisation is building or strengthening a health supply chain in East Africa, we welcome a conversation about a delivery partnership.

Logistics and Supply chain Optimisation

Tanzania sits at the centre of East Africa’s logistics map: a 1,424 km Indian Ocean coastline, a gateway port for landlocked neighbours, and a rapidly expanding rail and road network. We help clients make full use of this infrastructure through targeted optimisation of warehousing, inventory management, order processing and distribution operations, reducing cost and improving service reliability.

Procurement Transformation

Strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management and category management, led by professionals holding FCIPS and MCIPS accreditation from the UK’s Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply. We have managed procurement programmes exceeding £20 million in value and have advised public and private sector organisations across Africa and the United Kingdom. We work confidently within Tanzania’s Public Procurement Act and EAC procurement frameworks.
