Our Background

Bailey Consulting Group provides professional advisory services across Africa in public finance management, supply chain advisory, procurement transformation, audit and assurance, strategic management, market research, and grant fund management. The Group maintains a presence in Kenya, Rwanda, South Sudan, Somaliland and Tanzania, and has completed assignments in over 15 countries on the African continent, including Ghana, South Africa and Algeria.

Bailey Consulting Group Tanzania Limited was incorporated under the Companies Act, 2002 (Cap. 212), incorporation number 172941729. It is the Group’s dedicated Tanzanian entity: locally registered, locally led, and drawing on the Group’s full institutional depth.

Our Team

We are a multidisciplinary team of five senior professionals: directors and consultants whose direct experience spans public financial management, procurement transformation, health supply chain systems, pharmaceutical management, market research, and project delivery. Our team has worked with the World Bank, USAID, FCDO (formerly DFID), the Global Fund, the African Development Bank, UNICEF, the CDC, and the European Union, and has delivered assignments from Nairobi to Juba to Geneva.

Our Tanzania-based consultants have spent their careers inside the Tanzanian health system and supply chain ecosystem. We are not a regional firm parachuting in. We are already here.
