We advise governments, public entities, development finance institutions and NGOs on public fund management, fiscal policy, budgeting and PFM capacity building. The Bailey Consulting Group network has delivered over 15 PFM projects for national and county governments across the EAC and served as technical adviser to the South Sudan National Audit Chamber in World Bank-financed programmes.
